You can enroll in a health insurance plan for the next calendar year during the annual Open Enrollment Period. The 2026 Open Enrollment Period runs from November 1, 2025 to January 15, 2026. Enroll by December 15, 2025 for coverage that starts January 1, 2026.

Looking for 2025 coverage? You may still be able to enroll in a Marketplace health insurance plan for 2025 if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. You’re eligible if you have certain life events, like getting married, having a baby, or losing other health coverage.

For signing up, we will need your household income, zip code, dates of birth for each member of your family as well as their social security numbers. Unfortunately, we expect ACA premiums to go up substantially across the board in 2026.
